Ohio filing details.

Does TierSure calculate Ohio Tier II thresholds?
TierSure records the quantity, conversion, rule version and official citation behind each decision. For Ohio, the configured control is: Federal 10,000 lb general threshold and the lower of 500 lb or the chemical-specific TPQ for an EHS, subject to the state-specific controls below.
Does TierSure submit directly to Ohio?
TierSure prepares the reviewed filing package and recipient checklist. The authorized facility representative completes tier2 submit handoff and retains the resulting state and local receipts in TierSure.
Can I try TierSure with a Ohio facility?
Yes. The 14-day trial includes one facility and does not require a credit card. Core or Plus access is purchased before the final filing pack is generated.
